It has been 81
days since we broke ground, today we went by the house and all the siding,
shutters and almost all the trim has been installed. It looks great we couldn't
be happier with all the color selections we have made so far. Also this week
the crew has been working hard on mudding the drywall and it looks amazing!
Today they did some sanding and put the 2nd coat of mud on, but there
really isn't much sanding to be done they have done an amazing job. Today all
of our interior doors, trim, caulk and paint was delivered. They are scheduled
to have the first coat of paint on the walls on Saturday.
We also finally got a more realistic date from the main office regarding our closing. June 21... 11 days later than they promised but I guess it could be worse. Here are some updated pictures of the house progress.
