We just realized we never showed off our lot. Well here it is! This is where we are going to build our dream home. This lot backs to the woods and has a small creek that runs behind it. It is .33 acres and is a stem lot, meaning it has a little longer driveway before you reach the house. It is the perfect size to build our house and still add a deck, patio and have a playground for the kids. We cant wait till be break ground.
We also got a call from our SR today and it seems like the issue with the slope in the ceiling line will be addressed. If you don't remember we didn't like the fact that the whole ceiling sloped down, we wanted them to have a flat ceiling then start the slope, well it looks like they are going to honor our request. We will sit down on Friday to go over all the details and make sure that what they are doing is what we requested.
Things are certainly moving forward and we couldn't be happier.
