Well its been almost a week since we updated and quite a bit has
happened. After our wood was seen driving down the highway it was delivered to
our lot!! Our SR called about 10 minutes after K got home to tell us that
she just saw our wood pull into the lot, of course I told her how K saw it
going down the road she thought that was just as cool as we did.
On Saturday they poured the gravel for the basement and garage floors and on Sunday the contractors were there working when we showed up so we talked to them for a bit and they told us that they were prepping it placing the forms and rebar for inspection on Monday, after the inspection they would come back and pour the cement. But of course Spring had a different plan and Monday it snowed and the inspection didn't happen but on Tuesday it was inspected and passed!
Yesterday when I showed up at the lot they were they pouring and smoothing the cement! I am hoping that today they start framing the house!!!
