Well we just locked in at 3.5% with 3/4 a point! We had to lock in for 90 days because of our USDA RD loan. Our loan application is being sent to USDA tomorrow and now we just wait! We were able to work out the sales price/tax issue with out LO and everything is working for our favor! So happy to see this moving forward so smoothly.
