We got USDA approval today! Our LO emailed us
this morning letting us know that USDA approved our loan package we now have 90
days to close!
Yesterday I was able to track down our PM as he was leaving the model house and I was finally able to get an update on the house. They are back filling the house today and next week they start framing! Over the weekend they finished waterproofing the foundation. We are so happy to know that next week we will actually start to have a real house with walls on all 3 levels. I have gotten kind of bored at looking at the basement walls! I am going by later today so I can get some pictures of the foundation hopefully for the last time before they start on the 1st floor!
